In our long corporate history, we have always been guided by being an honest, trustworthy and reliable partner to our customers and suppliers and to all our employees.
Especially in recent years, our business has become increasingly complex and international. Our compliance management system supports us in meeting the requirements for ethical and lawful conduct in our business activities. We have set out our obligations regarding transparency, integrity and ethical behavior in our Code of Conduct.

As an internationally based group of companies in the automotive industry Veritas AG stands out by acting responsibly and cooperating with our business partners on the basis of partnership. In this way, we jointly avoid risks and maintain trust.
In order to fulfill our responsibility and to preserve the integrity of Veritas AG as well as to avert possible damage to the company, we are interested in gaining knowledge of compliance violations.
Therefore, we encourage internal and external whistleblowers to approach the contact points at Veritas AG in confidence - anonymously, if they wish. We investigate all indications of compliance violations and treat them with strict confidentiality. We do not tolerate any discrimination against whistleblowers.
